RETURN POLICY

Online returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

In store returns, new full price items, full refund within 1 week, exchange or store credit in 2 weeks. Sale items, full refund within 3 days, exchange or store credit by 4th/5th day.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Tags should be attached.

We do not accept returns on jewelry, intimates, some special occasion attire and some swimwear. Items ending in .99 are final sale.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns can take a few days to process and issue a credit back to your card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
